Document Forge is operated by 김성진 (Not disclosed). Messages are normally answered within 5 business days. There is no phone line and no live chat; email is the only supported channel, which keeps every request on a written record.
What to include
Short messages get faster answers, but a few details save a round trip:
- Bug reports. The tool you used (documents, AI signals, or character count), your browser and version, what you expected, and what happened. Please do not attach the document itself in a first message; describe the file type and roughly what it contains instead.
- Guide corrections. The page URL and the sentence you believe is wrong. If you have a source, include it.
- Privacy and data requests. State what you are asking for. Because the default tools process files in your browser, there is usually no stored personal data to export or erase; see the privacy notice for the cases where a server is involved.
- Advertising and partnership enquiries. Advertising on this site is served through a network, and guide content is not for sale. Sponsored-post offers will be declined.
Security reports
Reports about the site itself are welcome. Please email the address above with the affected URL, the request needed to reproduce the issue, and its impact. Please do not run automated scans that generate load, do not attempt to reach other visitors' data, and give a reasonable window for a fix before publishing. There is no bug bounty, but credit is offered on request.
What this address cannot do
Document Forge cannot recover a document you did not save, because the default workflow never had a copy of it. It also cannot certify who wrote a piece of text. If you need an authorship determination for an academic or legal process, the writing-signal score is not usable evidence and no letter confirming it will be issued. Legal notices
Copyright complaints, takedown requests, and other legal notices should go to the same address with enough detail to identify the material and the right being asserted. Notices about content that is not published on this domain cannot be acted on here.
